●CD80為二軸聯(lián)動數(shù)控內(nèi)圓端面磨床,控制系統(tǒng)采用西門子808D , - -次裝夾可完成零件內(nèi)孔(階梯孔)及端面(凹或凸)的

磨削,通過調(diào)整床頭角度可磨削內(nèi)錐孔。

●采用彈性薄膜夾具，以工件的節(jié)圓和端面或外圓定位,循環(huán)動作(進給、砂輪修正、補償、尺寸控制)均自動完成。

●機床設(shè)置自動循環(huán)和手動調(diào)整二種工作方式。

●內(nèi)孔尺寸控制采用定程磨削或主動測量儀(選配)在線測量,控制端面尺寸控制采用定程磨削。

●進給、往復x、Z軸導軌采用直線滾動導軌或滾柱導軌,絲桿采用滾珠絲桿。

●采用全封閉罩殼,背包式電器箱和前置回轉(zhuǎn)式操作臺,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊.占地面積小。

●配移動式手持單元,方便調(diào)整及零件對刀使用。

●CD80 is a CNC internal and end face grinder with linkage of two axles.Itscontrol system isSiomens(808D)numerical control systemn;it can finish the grindingof coponent inner bores(stepped hole)and end face(concave or convex)with one

●The grinder uses elastic film fixture,with positioning by pitch circle and end faceofworkpiece,the cycle actions(feeding,grinding wheel dressing.copensation,andsizocontrol)all can be automatically copleted.

●The grinder owns two operation modes, namely,automatic cycle and manualadjustmont.

●The size of innor bore is controlled by fixed-distance grinding or on-linemeasurement of in-process measuring instrument(optional).The size of end faceiscontrolled by fixed- distance grinding.

●Guide rail of feeding and reciprocating X and Z axles adopts linear rolling guide,andlead screw is ball screw.

●The grinder uses fully closed housing,knapsack electrical box and front rotaryconsole with copact structure and limited area.

●The grinder is equipped with  handheld units to facilitate the adjustment andcoponent tool setting ,
